Submission Guidelines

 

Abstract and Supporting document due DECEMBER 31, 2013

 

An abstract and 3-4 page supporting document must be submitted by Monday December 16 (Pacific Standard Time), 2013. Sufficient information should be provided in supporting document to allow reviewers to critically evaluate the science to be presented. Papers will be evaluated by the scientific program committee to select the most appropriate papers for either oral or poster presentation.
Comments and suggestions by the reviewers will be returned to the authors, which must be addressed in the final paper.

Please note if accepted, one of the authors must register for the workshop before the final paper submission (non-refundable).

 

Instructions for supporting document submission:

 

-       DO NOT include author information

-       DO NOT include references unless it is necessary to reference specific methods

-       DO NOT exceed 4 pages

 

Papers that do not follow the instructions will not be reviewed.

Basic instructions for preparing the document

 

When you access to gInformation for LNCS Authors,h

go down to (for LaTex users)

or go down to (for Word users)

and download the zip file.

 

For word users:

-     Make sure to copy the template file splnproc1110.dotm into the directory where you want to save your manuscript. This will help you keep the document and its template together. If the documentfs link to the template file is lost, the templatefs Macro ribbon is no longer available.

 

-     When using the Macros, type in the text first, and then click the button for formatting. For example, if you want to insert the abstract, type in at least a few words and click on gabstracth button, or highlight the abstract text and click on gabstracth button.
